anaerobic respiration

let us learn about anaerobic respiration

Anaerobic respiration always releases less energy; it meets the requirements of the microbes growing in anaerobic conditions. Fermentation is a commercially very important method.

Anaerobic respiration is used in the following processes:

  • To manufacture of alcohol
  • Curing of tobacco, tea leaves, etc.
  • Anaerobic respiration is used in formation of curd from milk
  • To manufacture of vinegar, an industrially very important compound.

In our next blog we shall learn about enthalpy of neutralization I hope the above explanation was useful.Keep reading and leave your comments.
